	Eric Donnenfeld, M.D., F.A.C.S. Eric Donnenfeld, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a leader for LASIK on Long Island and recognized as the leading LASIK Surgeon on Long Island. He is a principal partner at Ophthalmic Consultants of Long Island where he performs all types of Laser Eye Surgery on Long Island including LASIK on LI, Custom LASIK, Blade Free LASIK for those who wish ALL Laser LASIK on Long Island and specialized LASIK Eye Surgery on Long Island such as monovision LASIK for near vision correction. Dr. Donnenfeld is a certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He has been performing Laser Vision Correction since 1989, including LASIK Surgery on Long Island, and has personally performed over 55,000 refractive surgery procedures. He has served as President of the Nassau Surgical Society, the Cornea Section of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), the Ophthalmology Division of the Nassau Academy of Medicine, the International Ocular Microbiology and Immunology Group and he has served on the Board of Directors of the Nassau Academy of Medicine, the American College of Surgeons, Long Island Chapter, and the Nassau Surgical Society.
